Please recognize that we have no control over shipping after your order leaves our facility. If your package shipped but USPS tracking shows a delay, please follow this link to open a case with your local USPS office – Missing Mail Search | USPS

Select option #2: Complete a Help Request Form

Your local USPS will reach out via phone or email within a few business days. If they tell you the package is lost, contact us with your USPS case number and we will replace your order and file an insurance claim with the post office.

USPS insurance will not cover package marked as “Delivered”. If you are missing a delivered package, please file a Missing Mail Search, check your recent mail, mailbox, and ask your neighbors if they received your package by mistake. We usually ship our smaller parts in a 4 x 6″ black bubble envelope.

Our Return Policy:

If the item is not what you ordered or defective in any way, we can provide a pre-paid USPS shipping label and will either send a replacement immediately, or offer a full refund upon return.

Non-defective parts can be returned for any reason so long as they have not been used, installed or damaged in any way. Returning these parts will be at the cost and responsibility of the customer. Once the parts are received, inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued excluding any shipping costs originally paid at time of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Parts

If we made a mistake with your order or sent you defective parts,

  • do not use the parts
  • keep the original packaging, part kits and black envelope
  • contact us with your order number
  • we will send replacements out immediately
  • we will send you a pre-paid return label
  • ship the return parts in the original envelope or similar

Ordered Wrong Parts or Changed Your Mind

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong parts, 

  • do not use the parts
  • keep the original packaging, part kits and black envelope
  • contact us with your order number
  • ship the return parts in the original envelope or similar
  • we ask that you pay for return shipping
  • send us the return tracking number
  • we will send replacements out or issue a refund
